And the most important aspect is the passing of message from the capital to all rural areas. There is no telephone lines or electric lines. They might install them, but the people would have steal those wires and cable and sell them.. Am serious!!! My brother used to tell that they used to get power from EB for 4-6 hrs a day. And he used to pay 400 rs for a generator power for a month. But now its getting better!!!<BR/>So there is always lack of communication!!! the roads arent properly laid. there are not much bus facilities like we have. If the government try to lay roads, the naxalites will attack the road construction workers!!! Looks like i could write a blog about the state bihar! But since u have written already we'll discuss about that more if we want!!!Philip Kingsleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14862574560169802108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36376971.post-28711620972794569132008-09-04T00:57:00.000+05:302008-09-04T00:57:00.000+05:30@philip"The Indian government will have two days t...@philip<BR/><BR/>"The Indian government will have two days time to take precautions"... Looks like the flood situation was better than last year. this year for them it seems right now the flood has come to their town border which was very less compared to last year which was about a shoulder level water. He told me that this is because of the release of water from a DAM in nepal. But still, these flood thingy can be controlled to an extent with the projects like what srini told. Basic idea is to share the abundant resource.
